Fanning LectureJan. 14 in Athens, Ga.WTO negotiators from 147 countries are working out an agreementto liberalize trade in agricultural products. The new frameworktrade agreement is the topic of Glauber’s address.The Fanning Lecture will be at 10:30 a.m. in rooms K and L of theGeorgia Center for Continuing Education.
