Crocker Bennett to lead Paul Frank + Collins

first_imgThe board of directors of the Burlington law firm of Paul Frank + Collins P.C. are pleased to announce their unanimous election of S. Crocker Bennett, II to serve as firm President and CEO, effective June 7, 2010. Mr. Bennett will also serve as chairman of the firm’s Executive Management Committee where he has served as Senior Vice-President since 2002. Mr. Bennett’s 32-year law practice focuses on the defense of physicians, hospitals and other health care providers in malpractice cases. He has attained Martindale-Hubbell’s highest rating (AV) and, in 1999, was honored with Fellowship in the American College of Trial Lawyers.Mr. Bennett has been listed in Best Lawyers in America for 15 years.Mr. Bennett is a 1978 graduate of Franklin Pierce Law Center in Concord, New Hampshire and a 1972 graduate of the University of Vermont. He attended secondary school at Proctor Academy in Andover, New Hampshire.  Bennett observed, “It is certainly an honor to be invited to lead this group of fine professionals; I only hope that I can live up to the accomplishments of Allan Paul, Jack Sartore and Alan Port, who served ably and wisely.”Alan D. Port has served as President of Paul Frank + Collins P.C. for the past eight years. He will step-down as CEO to remain a Director of the firm, head of PF+C’s Captive Insurance Team and active in PF+C’s estate planning practice.
